If you haven't heard already, many states have something called the "tampon tax," where tampons and other menstrual products are dubbed "luxury items" thus allowing these items to be taxed. Apparently these items are not necessities for a woman? Recently good news is upon us as many state legislatures are listening to constituents and getting rid of the tampon tax.
