We are looking for one badass advocate, teacher, mentor, leader, and woman in the bleeding disorders community. She creates change in her life and the lives of those around her. She stands up for herself and her loved ones. She's a role model for women in her community. She works hard and deserves a shoutout! She sends a message to all women and girls that our voices matter and we can live our best lives. The Victory Spotlight Award is an opportunity to tell the world all about this fantastic lady in your life!
